Reserve Your Preferred Unit

Email a scanned copy of the following to velaris@rhksales.com:

◼️ Signed reservation agreement
◼️ Signed unit layout
◼️ Scanned copy of one valid government-issued ID with 3 specimen signatures and passports for foreigners
◼️ Tax Identification Number (TIN) or TIN ID

Our Sales Personnel will assist you via phone call or email for any further inquiries you may have regarding the requirements.

Pay the Reservation Fee

An online bill will be sent to your email. You may settle the reservation fee through the following payment options:
